I
queried [seventeen-year-old Brooks] Poston as to the sources of
Manson’s philosophy. Scientology, the Bible, and the Beatles.
These three were the only ones he knew.

A
particular trirumvirate. Yet by now I was beginning to suspect the
existence of at least a fourth influence. The old magazines I’d
found at Barker, Gregg’s mention that Charlie claimed to have read
Nietzsche and that he believed in a master race, plus the emergence
of a startling number of disturbing parallels between Manson and the
leader of the Third Reich, led me to ask Poston: “Did Manson ever
say anythng about Hitler?”

Poston’s
reply was short and incredibly chilling.

“He said that Hitler was a tuned-in guy who had leveled the karma
of the Jews.”

The year 1969 
was supposed to bring the two fish of Pisces to kiss and embrace as lovers. Out of their prolonged embrace the Age of Aquarius would be born.

Instead,
a little monster crept out of a Hollywood movie, to murder the woman who had been the film’s leading actress and was the film director’s wife. Rosmary did not have time to have her baby, and Roman Polanski would not pass out fat cigars.

Charlie Manson

 may have been motivated only by personal jealousy, but the voices that he was hearing were the voices of Djinn who are the enemies of our humanity. These Djinn have their own agenda. For one thing, they find that horror shows depicting how badly we behave provide cheap entertainment for their children.

In any case, these Djinn

 have a massive investment in the Theater of Cruelty, and they felt that their investment might be jeopardized if beatniks like Lenny Bruce, Alan Ginsberg and Abbie Hoffman wereallowed to lead the Children of Zion to the light of the Prophetic Consciousness which shines down on all those who practice conscientious empathy.

There was a connection

 between the events on Nov 22, 1963 and the murder of Sharon Tate on a warm Los Angeles night in August, 1969, but it would require demonological research to find it. The Rastas will be able to tell you Charlie Manson was obviously an Agent of The Other Side and was obviously inhabited by demons. But since the Rastas don’t like the dark side and are particularly disgusted with pedophiles, there isn’t much more information they can give the police about this guy, Charlie Manson.

No, Charlie Manson wasn’t a Palestinian. He was an American Racist who figured that through an act of human sacrifice he could trick the Police to coming down so hard on the Black population that the result would be helter-skelter and subsequent genocide. This same kind of tactic has caused massacres in the past, and has certainly had its place in making American history. But if the Peace and Love Movement had not been able to protect Sharon Tate from an enemy agent who was clever in disguising himself with love beads and a tie-dye shirt, it was at least successful in causing the Los Angeles Police to ask more questions.

When Sharon Tate died, we should have seen that a Peace-and-Love Movement can have a hostile takeover, if you only look at the love-beads, and forget to demand that your peace-and-love jesus be able to give you some proof that he is capable of transcending the sort of cheap materialism that is driven by carnal jealousy and egotistic envy.

Instead of waking up to recognize that sexual imperialism is the wormwood that seduces the brain so it can be raped by Fascism, the Vespucci simply stood stunned by the Godlessness of Charlie’s Devil-women. The Jesus People, who had been as rare as Christian sadhus, became congregations, as the local methedrine dealers of Northern California looked down the road, to see where the Devil was leading them.

The Jesus People had one fatal flaw: they believed that they could be saved from the demands of their women by Rapture. Because they hadn’t wanted to look upon the Chauvinist within, they did not see how they were being conscripted to be part of the hostile takeover that would tarnish the dream of a Zion which would lead the nations by being a symbol for Justice.

Oh how the mighty have fallen –
If only you had listened to the women, you might have understood, that rapture and conscription are the same. Alas, that those with spiritual hearts among the Vespucci are people who’ve been shamed too often because they do not share the common prejudice, and are not loyal to the standard of materialistic greed. If only the Vespucci had listened to the voices of their women, instead of trying to channel and control the Women’s Movement.

In 1969, a new version of the American Legion of the red summer of 1919 were riding the California highways on their Harley Hogs. The old American Legion had made too many enemies by using too many bullets. The operatives on their mechanical cycles had a much better strategy – the one that’s called Hostile Takeover. They would give us a truly American version of the peace-and-love movement – except that in this movement, love would be symbolized by a woman in a dog-collar and leg irons.

In the light of this cult of discipline, it’s not surprising that the Great Society of the Vespucci was able to develop women who, after 3 or 4 hospitalizations, became just as tough and brutal as any of the motorcycle cowboys. Victims tend to gravitate to yoga, since only those who develop some capacity for dissociation survive. The circumstantial evidence would cause us to believe, that it was this sort of woman who convinced a guru named Osho, otherwise known as Rajneesh, thought that the town of Antelope, Oregon, would be the ideal place for him to develop a peace-and-love commune. He did not realize, Kali was waiting for him, with a revelation of just how underhanded a Waspified Woman can be.

As Rajneesh finally announced to his devotees, “Hitler has been defeated.” Hitler meaning the Principality of Power & Control.
Osho’s subsequent disclosures to the Office of the District Attorney made it evident that “Hitler” was also a sub-personality which “Osho” was attempting to exorcize from the karmic body of an ashram secretary who had the body of a pinup not very far past her prime, the mind of a Wall Street tycoon, and the sort of manners and morals that one would expect from a Hell’s Angel.

Ma Anand Sheela could have qualified as an East Indian version of Ayn Rand. She married a wealthy American, which in the course of things, as it was in the ‘80's, made her an American too. She persuaded – or perhaps blackmailed – her husband into joining Osho’s ashram.
It may have been the tropical climate, or it may have been Sheela’s anti-Semetic jokes, but something broke down Mr. Silverman’s defenses, and he died.

So maybe Sheela was the embodiment of Kali. She married again, to another of Osho’s students – but now she was beginning to discover some very interesting things about the Guru himself. What followed should disabuse us of the opinion that Osho really had the cynical understanding of the dark side of woman that would be found in a womanizer.

To put it very bluntly, the preponderance of evidence would tend to indicate, that the philosophically non-violent Osho had become Sheela’s sex-slave. Of course there was more to it than just a combination of genital fluids and black leather – both of them were Tantric yogins.

Like Golda Maier, whom she both hated and resembled, Sheela was determined to resort to devious means, to defend the right of students of Rajneeshpuram to uphold a standard of civilization which was higher than that of the average redneck of Wasco Co., Oregon. Just like those Zionist liberals whom she despised for selling out to the likes of Nixon and Reagan, Sheela became an agent of hostile takeover, because in her determination to survive and to defend, she had fallen in love with The Shadow.

“But in my fury!” laments the Goddess of Thugee, “I have crushed the world, and destroyed the ones that I love.”

We might have learned more, but the INS was in a hurry to see that Osho the Tantric left the country and did not come back. We appreciate his sympathy for a woman who had been wounded – but the problem of being a Guru, is that you take on too much of other people’s karma.
It might have worked in other times and places, when every man and woman carried a much smaller load of karma. But in our age, the job was just too much for even a spiritual athlete like Osho.

The Guru And the Backlash

Rajneesh’s disciples had come to Oregon in 1981. Ronald Reagan had just been elected as president; the Carter years had ended with the terrible humiliation inflicted by the militant fundamentalists of Iran. The much touted “conservative backlash” was beginning to set in, all over the world.

Rajneesh’s philosophy of personal liberation had developed as a reaction to the sort of fundamentalist intolerance represented by the Salafis of Arabia, as well as by the Ayatollahs of Iran. Like many freethinkers of a liberal persuasion, he believed that humans would act in a more honorable manner if they could liberate their sexual fantasies, so that they could learn from them. He also demonstrated a hostility to any sort of ego-supremacy based on identification with a particular ethnic group, religious creed, or sexual gender.

Rajneesh ran afoul of the INS, in part because, even though he had allegedly come here to seek better treatment for sciatica, he never sought treatment from experts who were not part of his staff. Naturally, since Sheela had probably already determined that tantra yoga with her would be part of the cure, it was not in her interest for him to get medical advice from doctors who were not under her thumb.

Even though Sheela served time, her domestic violence victim still got deported. Osho’s particular form of liberalism was far too reminiscent of the Peace-and-Love movement of the ‘60's, which the Vespucci leaders were trying so hard to bribe the masses into forgetting. But forcing the liberal guru to ship out left a fertile   round for a more orthodox one, whose heart would be attuned to grimmer sorceries.
