Tales of Vanishing Races

In the background, the U.S. Cavalry is preparing the stage set for the filming of an epic which shall be called, “The Vanishing Race.” A Sufi enters stage right, walks several steps downstage, and proceeds to introduce the screenplay.

All through the 1920's, Christians were waiting for Jesus to return, so that they could finally be happy. While they were watching the sky, a thief stole the Mutual Savings Bank that used to stand on the corner. It was only then that Jean Harlow parachuted into the town square, to drum up support for the opening of a new movie theatre.

When hard times come, you’ve got to do the hustle. Look – I’ve got this sweetheart deal from a fellow named Eichman. You both can be in on it too. All that we need to do is to give Mr. Eichman lessons on how the Americans dealt with The Vanishing Race.
As usual, quite brilliant and quirky.
